Instagram Challenge

I am participating in the Blogging From A-Z Challenge.  Each day in April (except Sunday), I will post topic themes that begin with the letters of the alphabet, from A-Z.  Today's letter is I.

Ever the copycat, I decided to follow my friend's lead and participate in a picture-a-day challenge.  Each day in 2013 I am posting a picture.  I try to post something that depicts an event that occurred that day, but when it's been slow, I just snap pics of my dogs or food. :)  Here are a few of my favorite photos.  Some you may have seen in previous posts, but I'll try not to repeat too many.

A short-notice bbq on a Saturday night is always a good idea.

The night we went to see Shrek the Musical

A note I found in an old notebook.  My kid isn't dramatic at all. *lol*

I promise I'm not a real nazi.  I just played one for the mustache bash.

Hot cocoa at breakfast w/ Great Grandpa

Another note from my kiddo.  These are priceless.

Mikie's 5th bday.  He's got a squirt gun & he's not afraid to use it!

Me & Dana Carvey. Such an awesome night!!

Double dating w/ my besty & besy-in-law

  1. Notes from the kids are the funnest to get - my daughter is 15 now and I found a note of hers from when she was probably 7 and it's on the fridge. It says that Mom & Randy are the greatest parents ever! So cute!

I love the gingerbread man! I want that toy!

    1. They're priceless, aren't they?! I devote a little more time to the notes Trin has left us when I get to the letter N.

Isn't that gingerbread man awesome?! It's a puppet. The only bummer is that the eat me cookies were just for the display & not actually for sale. Lame. *lol*

  3. You're not a Nazi? So, why does your child think you hate her? Tee hee. I love to mess with people on their blogs.

    1. It was a little hard to take a picture every day when I first started, but now it's become habit.
